Welcome to Local Ducts Experts (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing localductsexperts.com or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
Local Ducts Experts coordinates air duct cleaning, plenum box restoration, UV light installation, sanitizing, attic insulation, dryer vent cleaning, chimney services, and HVAC inspection in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Services are performed by independent licensed and insured Texas air-conditioning contractors (TDLR-licensed, Class A or B as applicable to the work) in our vetted network. Local Ducts Experts coordinates scheduling and customer service; the licensed contractor performing the work is responsible for the technical execution under their TDLR license. License numbers are available upon request prior to service.
2. Free Estimates
We provide free estimates for our services. Pricing depends on home size, ductwork condition, and scope of work. The final price is provided in writing before service begins.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Service appointments may be booked by phone at (469) 444-1064 or through forms on this website. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day service is offered subject to availability. Repeated no-shows or cancellations within the 24-hour window may result in a service-call fee for future bookings.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks. Outstanding balances more than 30 days past due may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) or the maximum rate permitted by Texas Finance Code, whichever is lower.
5. Service Performance
We perform services in accordance with industry standards. While we take reasonable care to protect your home and property, you should remove or secure fragile items prior to service. We document the visible condition of accessible ductwork, plenum, and equipment with photographs before work begins. Pre-existing damage, deteriorated materials, asbestos-containing materials, mold, rodent activity, or non-code installations discovered during service are reported to you; we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for damage that results from disturbing them during normal cleaning. By scheduling service you consent to before-and-after photographs of work areas for quality-assurance and warranty purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF LOCAL DUCTS EXPERTS FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF SERVICES PROVIDED SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT SPECIFIC SERVICE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE OR LOST PROFITS. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any right, remedy, or protection available to you under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 17), and any provision that conflicts with the DTPA’s anti-waiver rule is void only to that extent.
6.5 Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind the work performed for thirty (30) days from the service date: if the cleaning or installation we performed fails to meet industry standards (NADCA ACR 2013 for duct cleaning where applicable), call us within 30 days and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover equipment manufacturer defects, pre-existing conditions, normal use after service, or work performed by others. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES; IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE 30-DAY PERIOD WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Privacy
Your use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect 30 days after the updated Effective Date is posted on this page. Continued use of our services or website after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9.5 Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal action, you agree to send written notice of the dispute to office@localductsexperts.com or our mailing address at least sixty (60) days before suit, stating the specific complaint and amount of damages claimed, and to allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and cure. This mirrors the pre-suit notice contemplated by Tex. Bus. & Com. Code §17.505.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
