Quick Questions Before You Book
How long does a cleaning take?
Most homes take 2 to 3 hours depending on the number of vents and the system layout. Dylan gives you a clear time estimate when he confirms your booking.
Do I need to do anything before we arrive?
Just clear a little space around your vents and the indoor unit. We bring everything else and protect your floors while we work.
Need to reschedule?
No problem. Reply to the confirmation text or call (469) 444-1064 and we will find a new time that works.
What We Clean on the Visit
The air side of your system
We work the air side: the blower wheel and the blower compartment, the coil face, the plenum, the return box, and the supply and return duct runs. Those are the surfaces the air touches on its way to your rooms, and they are where the dust settles.
The gas side is not our work
Burners, the heat exchanger and anything else on the gas side are not something we touch. If we see a problem there we photograph it, show you, and tell you what it needs. Hearing that before you book is cheaper than hearing it halfway through a job.
The inspection comes first
The on-site inspection is free and it happens before any work starts. Dylan opens the system, shows you what is actually in there, and gives you one flat number for the job. You decide after you have seen it, not before.
What the Day Looks Like
Before we start
Floor protection goes down first and the vacuum gets set up at the return. Nothing in your house gets moved without asking you.
While we work
Each run is brushed and pulled into the vacuum rather than blown around the room. The noisy equipment stays outside the living space wherever the layout allows it.
Before we leave
You get the before and after photos and a written list of what we found. If a run needs sealing or a part needs replacing it goes on that list with a number next to it, so nothing turns into a surprise later.
